All the flavor of our Sweet Italian Sausages, plus a little bit of heat. Sear these links then serve on a hoagie roll with peppers and onions for an easy, flavorful dinner. This sausage is made with pasture-raised pork from pigs that have had the freedom and opportunity to use their muscles in the woods, the meat develops a deep, incredible flavor. We simply grind, add spices, and stuff in a natural casing for incredibly flavorful sausage without any fillers or flavor additives.
Cooking Notes
We always suggest starting our sausages on low heat, then crisping them up at the end. The indirect cooking method will prevent the natural casing from exploding and drying out your sausage. This sausage is great cooked off, placed on a bun with cheese and topped with pepper and onions.

What to Expect
Our sausages are made with carefully selected trim from the entire hog. We only put lean meat and back fat into our sausages, making sure to trim out all the undesirable bits (ahem, unlike some other links out there). We season them, then add ingredients like basil, oregano, garlic, and fennel to give it that great texture and flavor. Like all our sausages we use a natural casing to finish off that crisp, hearty bite. Ingredients: Pork, Red Wine, Garlic, Ground Fennel, Whole Fennel, White Pepper, Paprika, Cayenne, Crushed Red Pepper, pork casing.
