Pork tenderloin is best cooked quickly over high heat to retain its tenderness. Season the tenderloin with your preferred spices or marinade or try our very own Spicewalla X Chop Shop Pork Spice Rub, then grill, roast, or pan-sear until the internal temperature reaches 135°F for optimal juiciness. Let the pork tenderloin rest for a few minutes before slicing to lock in the juices. Avoid overcooking to prevent the meat from becoming dry.
