We’re offering these pre-cut slices of seasoned and dry aged steak so you don’t have to sacrifice flavor for the sake of convenience. Make fajitas, stir fries, or sandwiches in a flash, and enjoy the extra flavor imparted by the pasture-raised lifestyle of our 21 day dry aged beef.

Our Fajita Meat is already seasoned with Robs fajita seasoning expertly blended by our friends at Spicewalla, ready to go for quick and delicious fajitas, or stir fry. Just add 1 onion and 1 bell pepper to every pound of Fajita Meat you are cooking for the easiet and most delicious meal.

What to Expect

These delectable strips of dry aged beef, such as clean trimmings from our Skirt Steak, Flank Steak, Denver and Bavette. We slice against the grain to ensure that every piece is as tender as possible. As with all of our beef, our Fajita Meat comes from animals that are pasture-raised, and dry aged for maximum flavor then seasoned with our custom fajita seasoning expertly blended by our friends at Spicewalla (buy your own tin of spices and make your own fajita adventre)
