Our Breakfast Sausage has been a cherished favorite since we first opened our doors. It's the perfect companion for your cozy morning breakfasts or special holiday dishes. Folks at Louise's in Black Mountain have even made it famous on their breakfast menu!

This sausage is made with a comforting blend of sage, thyme, black and white pepper, red pepper flakes, and onion, with no fillers or artificial additives. Our pigs enjoy a free range in the woods, lending the meat a rich, homey flavor. Bring a touch of home to your table every day with our delicious Breakfast Sausage.

The easiest way to cook loose sausage is to crumble it up into a hot pan and cook on high until golden brown. Use this sausage for a breakfast omelet / hash, or your Thanksgiving stuffing.

Ingredients

Our sausages are made with carefully selected trim from the entire hog. We only put lean meat and back fat into our sausages, making sure to trim out all the undesirable bits (ahem, unlike some other links out there). We season them with our own custom blend of herbs, spices, and fresh ingredients to give it great texture and flavor. Ingredients: Pork, Salt, Onion Powder, Sage, Thyme, White Pepper, Black Pepper, Garlic, Crushed Red Pepper
