Marrow Bones (Canoe Cut)
Roast and add capers and parsley and lemon juice and spread on toasted country style bread. Or use in your stock. Or give to your dog. Or your neighbors dog that hasn't quite warmed up to you yet and you wanna make friends because you know deep down he's a very good boy.
Cooking Notes
To prepare your Marrow Bones in under 20 minutes, roast them in a 450℉ oven, or use a smoker for added flavor. Serve on crusty bread with toppings like pickled onions and herbs for a bright, fresh touch. You can also use these bones to enhance the richness of your broth or stock.
